(D154/6 WEST LOCH ROAD, COLDINGHAM)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2022

The Scottish Borders Council (D154/6 West Loch Road, Coldingham) (Temporary Closing) Order 2022 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 20 January 2022 and is expected to remain in effect overnight until 26 January 2022 as detailed below. The road will be open overnight on the weekend of 21, 22 and 23 January 2022. The Order is required for Scottish Water works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the D154/6 West Loch Road, Coldingham from Blackpotts road end to Grantsbank as follows:

(a)   from 21:00 on 20 January to 06:00 on 21 January 2022;

(b)   from 21:00 on 24 January to 06:00 on 25 January 2022; and

(c)   from 21:00 on 25 January to 06:00 on 26 January 2022.

There is no alternative route.
