Perth and Kinross Council (40mph Speed Limit) (Variation) (No 33) Order 202X - Perth & Kinross Archived

The Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The effect of the Order shall be to install a 40mph speed limit Cycling and Walking Friendly Green Route on the C465, C466, U25, Abbey Road and Duchally Road in the Auchterarder area in an effort to improve road safety for all users, encourage more active travel and make it safer for those who already travel actively on these routes.
2.
