The Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order shall be to install a 40mph speed limit on the B8063, B9099 and U42 at Redgorton in an effort to reduce the risk of road accidents and to improve conditions for pedestrians and all road users
