PROHIBITION OF WAITING - ASHGROVE ROAD, ELGIN - Moray Archived

MORAY COUNCIL (PROHIBITION OF WAITING, ASHGROVE ROAD, ELGIN) ORDER 2021

Moray Council propose to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended). The general effect will be to introduce “No Waiting at any time Restrictions” on Ashgrove Road, Elgin as specified in the Schedule to the Order. The proposed restrictions will protect visibility at an access to a new industrial development site and maintain access for all road users in the interests of road safety.
