THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, BO’NESS) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION ON WAITING/DRIVING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT)

(NO.TRO/13/019) ORDER 2013

The Council proposes to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1.                  The general effect of the Order will be to introduce on-street parking in South Street, Bo’ness

2.                  Full details may be inspected at Abbotsford House, David’s Loan, Falkirk and One-Stop Shop, Callendar Sq, Falkirk, Mon-Fri between 9.30am – 4.30pm, between 26/07/13 – 15/08/13 and http://www.tellmescotland.gov.uk/.

3.                  Objectors must state their grounds for objection in writing, to be received by 15/08/13 to: Head of Roads and Design, Abbotsford House, David’s Loan, Falkirk, FK2 7YZ.  Alternatively, objectors can e-mail objections to adteam3.ds@falkirk.gov.uk.
