(Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024
On 26th March 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order,to allow Scottish Water works
Temporary Road Closure – Cutstraw Road,Stewarton, for 60m from junction Holm Street to junction prior to number 3 Cutstraw Road.
The Order commences on 15 April 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 15 April 2024 at 09:00 with the closure remaining in place until 28 April 2024 at 18:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected.
Access for residents and deliveries out-with the working zone will be maintained via diversion route .
An alternative route will be signed via Kirkford > Holm Street > Vennel Street > Main Street > High Street > Old Mill View > Robertland Rigg > Cutsburn Road > Cutsburn Brae > Cutstraw Road > and Vice Versa.
