East Ayrshire Council (Routes B 7046 Sinclairston and C 83 Hayhill and Sinclairston) (30 mph and 40 mph Speed Limits and Revocation) Order 2021 - East Ayrshire Archived

NOTICE OF MAKING

Notice is hereby given that on 12 February 2021 the Council made the above named Order under the terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers.

The Order comes into operation on 01/03/2021 and was advertised in the Kilmarnock Standard on 10 June 2020. The effect of the Order is as stated in said notice, that being to reduce the current length of 30mph speed limit restriction on the B 7046 in Sinclairston by 90m (returning this length of road to the national speed limit) and to reduce the speed limit on the C 83 between Sinclairston and Hayhill to 40mph.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the Court of Session.
