(COLLEGE MAINS, PHASE 2, DUMFRIES)

(20 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT)

TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2024

Notice is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The general effect of the Traffic Regulation Order is as advertised in the local press on 19 January 2024.

2. Details of the proposals, with plans TM/D/01/378, signed Order and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected between 22 March 2024 and 3 May 2024 at:

• or by arrangement (Contact Network Strategy Team on 030 33 33 3000).

3. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within six weeks from 22 March apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
