PROVISION OF ROAD HUMPS

1. The Dumfries and Galloway Council intends to construct road humps under Section 36 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 at the locations specified in the Schedule below and hereby gives public notice of the proposal under Section 37 of the said Act.

    

2. Details of the proposals including plan (TM/A/01/184A) and drawings (MISC/R/62B) can be inspected during normal office hours (09.00 – 17.00hrs) between 1^st February 2019 and 1^st March 2019 at:

• Planning and Environment, Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries DG1 2HS;

• Annan Customer Service Centre, High Street, Annan DG12 6AQ;

   

3. Any person who wishes to make representations should send details to: Roads Manager, Dumfries and Galloway Council, EE&I, Cargen Tower, Garroch Business Centre, Dumfries, DG2 8PN, to be received by 1^st March 2019.
