Notice of Consultation on the Disposal of Common Good Property - Angus Archived

Angus Council has received a request from the current tenant of the Melville Pavillion in Montrose to renew their lease of the premises for a further 10 year period.

The tenant has invested heavily in the property and runs a successful cafe business.  As a result the council is considering renewing the lease.
