Notice of Proposal to Hold a Public Procession under Section 62 of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982

Route: Parade will assemble at Car park behind the Hillcroft Hotel at 0700 hours and move off at 0705 hours turning right onto Blaeberryhill Road, then turning left onto Whitdalehead Road and parade to Number 25 Whitdalehead Road where the parade will disperse.
At 0825 hours the parade will re-assemble at 25 Whitdalehead Road and move off at 0830 hours heading west on Whitdalehead Road, turning right onto Laburnum Road continuing via Townhead Gardens, where the parade will turn Left onto East Main Street, turning left at The Cross onto Manse Road heading north to the Cenotaph, where the parade will pause. After a short Service of Rememberance the parade will move off heading North on Manse Road turning right onto Longridge Road onto Manse Road, through the cross onto Armadale Road turning left into Market place at Whitburn Flute Band Hall where the parade will halt and disperse.
