The Stirling Council (Mar Place, Stirling) (Temporary Closure and Suspension of Parking) and (Spittal Street / St John Street, Stirling) (Temporary Suspension of One-Way System - No 2) Order 2020 - Stirling Archived

The ORDER will close and suspend the parking on:-

Mar Place                From the point where it meets St John Street to the junction with Castle Wynd /   Broad Street.

The ORDER will also suspend the one-way system on:-

Spittal Street           From the junction of Bank Street to the point where it meets St John Street, and;

St John Street         From the point where it meets Spittal Street to the point where it meets Mar Place.  All restrictions apply from 9 July 2020 until 10 August 2020 to facilitate resetting of carriageway setts.             

Alternative Routes: Access to Spittal Street / St John Street will be via temporary traffic lights to allow for two way traffic access for residents and businesses.

                                 Alternative Route to Broad Street  - via Spittal Street, Bank Street, Baker Street, King Street, Corn Exchange Road, Albert Place, Dumbarton Road West, Raploch Road, Back O’Hill Road, Lower Bridge Street, St Mary’s Wynd.
