The Stirling Council (Electric Vehicle On-Street Parking, Stirling) (Revocation) Order 2019 - Stirling Archived

This Order will:-

Revoke the electric vehicle on-street parking bays on the following section of roads:

Allan Park, Baker Street, Barnton Street, Broad Street, Cowane Street, Glebe Avenue, Maxwell Place and Wallace Street, Stirling

A COPY of the Order, may be examined at the Council’s Offices Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling, FK7 7SN, by quoting Ref No TM/6 – SRO/2019(235).

Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order, should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of 25-10-19.
