The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (20 mph Speed Limit) (Consolidation and Amendment No 37) Order 2017 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 1-9-17.

This Order will introduce new 20 mph speed limit in Killin to include Ballechroisk, Ballechroisk Court, Ballechroisk Terrace, Lyon Road and Station Road, Killin.
A COPY of the Order, may be examined at the Council’s Offices, Localities & Infrastructure, Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling, by quoting Ref No TM/6 – SRO/2017(162)
Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order, should write to the Court of Session with six weeks of 1-9-17.
