The STIRLING COUNCIL propose to make The Stirling Council (40 mph Speed Limit) (A811 Arnprior) Order 2011 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
Legislation Information
The order will:
Introduce new 40mph speed limits on the A81 and B8034 Port of Menteith
DETAILS can be examined at the Council's Offices, Environment Services, Viewforth, Stirling (room 315) during normal office hours for five weeks from 16-12-11.
Objectors must state their reasons in writing to Les Goodfellow, Head of Environment Services, Viewforth, Stirling FK8 2ET by 20-1-12 quoting reference number TM/6-SRO/2011(95).
