The STIRLING COUNCIL propose to make an Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) and (2), 4(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) which will introduce new sections of waiting restrictions on the B8051 Newhouse and Newhouse Cul-de-sac, Stirling, all as detailed in Schedule 2 hereto.

Road in Stirling No Waiting at Any Time
 
Newhouse * On the east side thereof from the projected north kerbline of Newhouse cul-de-sac in a northerly direction for a distance of 10 metres or thereby.
 
Newhouse cul-de-sac * On the south side thereof from the projected north kerbline of the B8051, Newhouse in an easterly then southerly direction for a total distance of 45 metres or thereby.
 
Newhouse cul-de-sac * On the west side thereof from the projected gable end of number 41 Newhouse in a southerly then easterly direction for a total distance of 18 metres or thereby.
 
Newhouse cul-de-sac * On the north side thereof from the projected east kerbline of the B8051, Newhouse in an easterly direction for a distance of 8 metres or thereby.

FULL DETAILS of this proposal are in the draft Order, which, together with a copy of the relative plan and a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for promoting the Order, may be examined, free of charge, at the Stirling Council’s Offices, Roads, Transport and Open Space, Viewforth, Stirling (Room 315) during normal office hours for three weeks from Wednesday 1 June 2011. ANY PERSON wishing to object to the proposals should send details of the grounds for objection, in writing, to the undersigned by 22 June 2011 quoting reference number TM/6-SRO/2011(37).
