Type Of Event: In loading bay area to the front of the closed BHS unit of Murray Place, The Scottish Gantry will subject to Licensing run a bar selling a wide range of soft drinks, quality alcohol products and Christmas themed drinks such as mulled wine from one of the market pods provided by Stirling Castle. The entire street will be cordoned off as part of the street closure for the Christmas Lights Switch on event run by Stirling Council. The Scottish Gantry section off a small area for seating for customers and elderly people in the loading bay. This will be of a size appropriate to allow passage of emegerency vehivcles on the road and of pedestrians on the pavement. There will be no glass used in service and all staff will have completed their food hygiene course and have completed all madatory alcohol training. Challenege 25 will of course be operated.
