Flinders Place, East Kilbride - South Lanarkshire Archived

South Lanarkshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other enabling powers, has made the following Order:-

This Order may be cited as “South Lanarkshire Council, Flinders Place, East Kilbride Temporary Road Closure Order No. 1 2021” and shall come into operation between 0001 hours 17 May 2021 to 2359 hours 28 May 2021. The restrictions will be applied on site by the display of traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Whilst this order remains in force no person shall park, drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle on the sections of road specified in Schedule 1 and 2 except for vehicles associated with the Scottish Water sewer repair works or emergency vehicles.

Schedule 1 - Temporary Road Closure – Flinders Place, East Kilbride from side of 26 Flinders Place, eastwards to termination.

Alternative Route - No alternative route

Schedule 2 - Temporary Road Closure – Flinders Place, East Kilbride from side of 13 Flinders Place, westwards to termination.
