South Lanarkshire Council Maxwell Drive, East Kilbride Temporary Restriction to Use of Road Order No 1, 2021 - South Lanarkshire Archived

South Lanarkshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other enabling powers, has made the following Order:-

This Order may be cited as “South Lanarkshire Council, Maxwell Drive, East Kilbride, No Waiting and No Loading Restriction Order No 1, 2021” and shall come into operation on Monday 29 March 2021 at 0800 hours and will remain in operation until Sunday 18 April 2021, 2359 hours. The restrictions will be applied on site by the display of traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002.

Whilst this order remains in force no person shall park or stop on the sections of road specified in Schedule 1 by reason of Scottish Water repairs to their apparatus.

Schedule 1 – Temporary Waiting and Loading Restriction Maxwell Drive, East Kilbride (both sides) from the junction of Stuart Street to the junction of Kirkton Park.
