South Lanarkshire Council hereby give notice in terms of Paragraph 11 of Schedule 16 of the Town and County Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 that on 29 January 2021 they confirmed the above Order. The effect of the Order, as confirmed, is to authorise the stopping-up of a length of road at Duchess Place and Cunninghame Road, Cambuslang measuring 54 metres, 73 metres, 27 metres, 55 metres, and 170 metres or thereby respectively and shown zebra hatched on the plan annexed and executed as relative to the Order. The order will come into effect as specified in the Order.
Copies of the confirmed Order and relevant plan specifying the length of road stopped-up may be inspected free of charge by any person on the Council’s website at www.southlanarkshire.gov.uk/road-closures
