On 02/09/2020 South Lanarkshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle on Craig Street, Blantyre between Auchinraith Road and Calder Street. The Order will be in operation from 29/09/2020 until 04/10/2020.
Alternative routes are via Victoria Street, Glasgow Road, Herbertson Street, and Auchinraith Avenue and Auchinraith Avenue, Welsh Drive and Victoria Street.
Local access for residents will be maintained.
It should be noted that these dates may be subject to change depending on government guidelines and resource availability.
