Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant for East Whitlawburn, Land South of Western Road.

Proposed mixed tenure residential development (350 units) with associated access roads, car parking and landscaping. This notice follows the submission of a “Proposal of Application Notice” reference P/18/0012/PAN for a detailed planning application for the above application to the Council by the prospective applicant.

A public consultation event will take place at Community hall, Morven Road on Wednesday 16 January 2019 from 2pm-7pm at which information on the above development will be available.

Any comments made to the prospective applicant are NOT representations to the Planning Authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to South Lanarkshire Council, normal neighbourhood notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
