NOTICE OF EXAMINATION OF UNRESOLVED ISSUES FOR THE PROPOSED

SOUTH LANARKSHIRE MINERALS LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

On 8th July 2011, South Lanarkshire Council submitted to Scottish Ministers the above proposed local development plan for examination.

 

Copies of the proposed plan are available within the Council’s Planning and Building Standards offices at: Council Offices, South Vennel, Lanark ML11 7JT; Council Offices, Civic Centre, Andrew Street, East Kilbride G74 1AB and Headquarters, Montrose House, 154 Montrose Crescent, Hamilton ML3 6LB. Copies are also available at every public library and Q&A within the local plan area.

 

In addition, copies can also be viewed on the Council’s website at www.southlanarkshire.gov.uk and follow the links to the minerals local development plan.

 

The deposited documents are available for inspection free of charge during normal opening hours.

 

The Scottish Ministers have appointed Mr Lance R Guilford DipTP MRTP to carry out the examination of the plan and South Lanarkshire Council has provided them with a summary of the issues it considers should be assessed at the examination.  Additional Reporters may be appointed to support the speedy delivery of the report.
