NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will introduce the following restrictions to allow Scottish Water Works  

Name & affected length of road – Falkland Park Road, Falkland Road ,

ROAD CLOSURE  -   FALKLAND PARK ROAD FROM JUNCTION WITH FALKLAND ROAD TO  NO.46

No Waiting - Falkland Park Road, Falkland Road

FALKLAND PARK ROAD FROM JUNCTION WITH FALKLAND ROAD TO  NO.46 BOTH SIDES OF ROAD 

FALKLAND ROAD FROM NO. 12 TO NO.20 ON BOTH SIDES.

Nature and period of restriction -  Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time

This Notice commences on 12 June 2024 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 12 June 2024 at 07:30 with the restrictions remaining until 14 June 2024 at 18:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Notice will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

 Access for  Emergency Services, residents and deliveries out-with the working zone will be maintained via diversion route.

Alternative route - Signed via Details of FALKLAND PARK ROAD/ PRESTWICK ROAD/ FALKLAND ROAD in both directions.
