(Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024
On 23rd April 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow Scottish Water repairs
Temporary Road Closure – Jamieson Road, Darvel, From No.19 to No.21
The Order commences on 06 May 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 06 May 2024 at 09:30 until 17 May 2024 at 23:59
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected.
Access for residents and deliveries will be maintained when safe do so .
