NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will close the following lengths of road to allow contractors to carry out repairs to manholes:-
Name of road – Sycamore Crescent, closed between Nos.37 and 39.
Nature and period of restriction - Road closure
This Notice commences on 10 August 2022 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 8.00am Wednesday 10 August with the closure remaining in place until 4.00pm on Friday 12 August 2022.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed. Emergency Services and pedestrian access will not be affected. Access for residents and deliveries out-with the working zone will be maintained.
Alternative route - Signed via the Crofthead Road and Chestnut Road in both directions.
