NOTICE OF PROPOSALS
The Council proposes to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order which would introduce new disabled persons’ designated parking places and remove bays that are no longer required. For ease of reference the previous Disabled Persons’ Designated Parking Places Order 2015 would be revoked with those existing parking places that are still required incorporated into this new Order.
The use of each bay within a disabled persons’ designated parking place will be restricted to one vehicle displaying a disabled person’s badge and no parking charges will apply.
