(Town of Ayr) (Waiting Restrictions) (Consolidation) Order 2015 Amendment Order No._ 201_ - South Ayrshire Archived

NOTICE OF PROPOSALS

 

Notice is hereby given that South Ayrshire Council proposes to make the above-named Traffic Regulation Order that would introduce the following waiting and loading restrictions to improve driver and pedestrian visibility.

 

No Waiting & No Loading at School drop off / pick up times & No Waiting – parts of Englewood Avenue, Heathfield Road, Heathpark, Hunter’s Avenue & Maryfield Road. No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings  - Heathfield Road.

 

No Waiting junction clearances, parts of Annpit Road, Arrol Drive, Browncarrick Drive, Carwinsoch View, Cumbrae Drive, Cunning Park Drive, Dunure Road, Englewood Avenue,  Marchfield Road, Maryfield Road, Ronaldshaw Park, Russell Drive, Savoy Park, Scaur O’ Doon Road, Seafield Road, Seaforth Road, Unnamed access road from Belvidere Terrace to the factory, Unnamed access road from South Harbour Street to the Citadel Leisure Centre, Viewfield Court, Viewfield Road, Westfield Road, White Street, Young Street and to maintain traffic flow parts of Doonfoot Road, Heathfield Road, Hunters Avenue, Peebles Street & Southpark Road.

 

Removal of 30 Minutes Limited Waiting 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Sunday, No Return Within 30 Minutes from Clochranhill Road to allow unrestricted waiting on all days.

 

Disabled Bays introduce 3 hour limited waiting with no return within 24 hours on the existing Ayr Esplanade Disabled Bays between Pavilion Road and Bath Place to prevent overnight and inconsiderate long term parking to provide a better turnover of parking spaces.
