THE SCOTTISH BORDERS COUNCIL
(CHIRNSIDE CAR TREASURE HUNT)
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2024
The Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of one day, will come into force at 06:00 on 28 April 2024 and is expected to remain in effect until 20:00. The Order is required to facilitate the holding of a relevant event, being the Chirnside Car Treasure Hunt. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall (i) drive, or cause, or permit to be driven any vehicle; and (ii) permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked in Comrades Car Park, Chirnside.
