Temporary Traffic Regulation Order - Scottish Borders

(A707 SUNDERLAND HALL, SELKIRK)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2024

The Scottish Borders Council (A707 Sunderland Hall, Selkirk) (Temporary Closing) Order 2024 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 09:00 on 22 April 2024 and is expected to remain in effect until 16:00 on 10 May 2024. The Order is required for tree felling works adjacent to the road.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the A707 at Sunderland Hall, Selkirk from Sunderland Hall North Lodge to High Sunderland.

The alternative route for southbound traffic is via the A707, A72, A7, B7014 and A707 to the point of closure, for northbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
