(D76/5 HASSINGTON WEST MAINS, STICHILL)
(TEMPORARY CLOSING) NO 2 ORDER 2024
The Scottish Borders Council (D76/5 Hassington West Mains, Stichill) (Temporary Closing) No 2 Order 2024 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 07:00 on 24 April 2024 and is expected to remain in effect until 18:00 on 6 May 2024 – 24 hour closure. The Order is required for Scottish Power works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the D76/5 at Stichill from the D77/4 to Hassington West Mains.
The alternative route for southbound traffic is via the D76/5, C81, C45 and D77/4 to the point of closure, for northbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
