(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2024

The Scottish Borders Council (Back Row, Selkirk) (Temporary Closing) Order 2024 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 06:00 on 15 April 2024 and is expected to remain in effect until 20:00 on 19 April 2024 - 24 hour closure. The Order is required for BT works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along Back Row, Selkirk from High Street to Number 27 Back Row.

The alternative route for northbound traffic is via Back Row, Tower Street and High Street to the point of closure, for southbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
