(VARIOUS ROADS, GREENLAW)

(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2024

The Scottish Borders Council (Various Roads, Greenlaw) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2024 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 8 April 2024 and is expected to remain in effect overnight until 17 April 2024 between the hours of 20:00 and 06:00 each night and will only be in effect when appropriate traffic signs are displayed on the affected lengths of road. The Order is required for BT Openreach cabling works.

When the Order comes into effect, no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on both sides of the following roads in Greenlaw:

1. East High Street from number 35 to The Square;
2. The Square from East High Street to West High Street; and
3. West High Street from The Square to number 33.
