(HALLIDEN ROAD, KELSO)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2024

The Scottish Borders Council (Halliden Road, Kelso) (Temporary Closing) Order 2024 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 25 March 2024 and is expected to remain in effect until 17:00 on 19 April 2024 - 24 hour closure.  The Order is required for SGN works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along Halliden Road, Kelso from Prior’s Court to Number 3 Halliden Road.

The alternative route for northbound traffic is via Halliden Road, Abbotseat and Priors Court to the point of closure, for southbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
