(BOWDEN ROAD, NEWTOWN ST BOSWELLS)

(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2022

The Scottish Borders Council (Bowden Road, Newtown St Boswells) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2022 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 11 July 2022 and is expected to remain in effect until 18:00 on 15 July 2022 – 24 hour restriction. The Order is required for fibre duct works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on both sides of Bowden Road, Newtown St Boswells from its entrance to Scottish Borders Council car park to Kintyre.
