(VARIOUS ROADS, LAUDER)

(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2022

The Scottish Borders Council (Various Roads, Lauder) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2022 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 25 January 2022 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 00:01 and 23:59. The Order is required for Scottish Water works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on both sides of the following roads in Lauder:

1. West High Street from a point 25 metres west of Loan View to number 63;
2. Crofts Road from West High Street to number 24; and
3. The Row from West High Street to number 7.
