(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2021
The Scottish Borders Council (Chris Paterson Place, Galashiels) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 1 December 2021 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 09:30 and 18:00. The Order is required for Scottish Water manhole repairs.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on both sides of Chris Paterson Place, Galashiels from number 1 to number 5.
