(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2021

The Scottish Borders Council (B6356 Bemersyde) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 19 July 2021 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of three days between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 each day. The Order is required for BT works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the B6356 in Bemersyde at Horsemill Steading.

The alternative route for northbound traffic is via the B6356, B6404, A68, B6360, C78 and B6356 to the point of closure, for southbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
