(BORDERS FESTIVALS - EYEMOUTH)

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) NO 2 ORDER 2021

 

The Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of one day shall be in force on 27 July 2021 between the hours of and 16:00 and 22:00. The Order is required to facilitate the holding of a relevant event relating to the Eyemouth Herring Queen Festival 2021.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle or permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked in the south-eastmost section of the Home Arms Car Park, Eyemouth. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
