(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2021

 

The Scottish Borders Council (C90 South of Gordon) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 7 July 2021 and is expected to remain in effect until 18:00 on 7 August 2021 – 24 hour closure. The Order is required for Scottish Power works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the C90 south of Gordon, from its junction with the A6089 to its junction with the D66/5.

The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the A6089, A6105, D65/5 and D66/5 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
