(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2021

The Scottish Borders Council (C16 Lindean Holdings) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 12 April 2021 and is expected to remain in effect overnight until 14 April 2021 between the hours of 21:00 and 06:00 as detailed below. The Order is required for Scottish Water works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the C16 at Lindean Holdings as follows:

From 21:00 on 12 April to 06:00 on 13 April 2021; and

From 21:00 on 13 April to 06:00 on 14 April 2021.

The alternative route for northbound traffic is via the C16, C17, Bleachfield Road, Bridgelands, the C21, A7 and C16 to the point of closure, for southbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
