(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2021

The Scottish Borders Council (D78/6 Hutton Hall Barns) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 13 April 2021 and is expected to remain in effect until 16 April 2021 overnight between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00 each night. The Order is required for Scottish Water works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the D78/6 at Hutton Hall Barns, west of Hutton.

The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the D78/6, D75/6, B6460, C117 and D78/6 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
