(CAIRNMOUNT, JEDBURGH)

(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2021

The Scottish Borders Council (Cairnmount, Jedburgh) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 5 April 2021 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of six months – 24 hour restriction. The Order is required due to a dangerous wall.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on Cairnmount, Jedburgh from a point 67 metres north of its junction with Lanton Road to a point 97 metres north of the same junction.
