(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) NO 2 ORDER 2020

The Scottish Borders Council (Bourtree Place, Hawick) (Temporary No Waiting) No 2 Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 5 January 2021 and is expected to remain in effect until 17:00 on 15 January 2021 – 24 hour restriction. The Order is required to permit a new SGN service connection.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on Bourtree Place, Hawick from number 9 to number 11.
