(TEMPORARY CLOSING) NO 2 ORDER 2020

The Scottish Borders Council (D14/3 Hornshole) (Temporary Closing) No 2 Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 6 December 2020 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00. The Order is required for tree clearance.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the D14/3 at Hornshole.

The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the D14/3, D13/3, Burnfoot Road, Hamilton Road, Mansfield Road, Mart Street and the A698 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
