(SCOTTISH WATER – ROBERTON WORKS – VARIOUS ROADS)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2020

The Scottish Borders Council (Scottish Water – Roberton Works – Various Roads) (Temporary Closing) Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 3 December 2020 and is expected to remain in effect until 29 January 2021 as detailed in the Schedule below. The Order is required for Scottish Water works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along those roads detailed in the Schedule below, overnight between the hours of 21:00 and 06:00 each night on the specified dates.
