(LOCHPARK ROAD, HAWICK)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) NO 2 ORDER 2020

The Scottish Borders Council (Lochpark Road, Hawick) (Temporary Closing) No 2 Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 17 November 2020 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 09:30 and 18:00. The Order is required for Scottish Water manhole repairs.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along Lochpark Road, Hawick at its junction with Dakers Place.

The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via Dakers Place, Elm Grove, Lockhart Place and Lochpark Road to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
