(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2020

 

The Scottish Borders Council (High Street, Earlston) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 16 August 2020 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 06:00 and 18:00. The Order is required for Scottish Water manhole repairs.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on High Street, Earlston from Norwood Cottage to Moray Cottage.
