(D103/4 ROXBURGH TO ROXBURGH NEWTOWN)
(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2020
The Scottish Borders Council (D103/4 Roxburgh to Roxburgh Newtown) (Temporary Closing) Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 00:01 on 25 May 2020 and is expected to remain in effect until 23:59 on 21 June 2020 – 24 hour closure. The Order is required for Scottish Power works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the D103/4 from Roxburgh to Roxburgh Newtown.
The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the D103/4, A699 and C47 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
