(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2019

The Scottish Borders Council (D6/6 Horseupcleugh) (Temporary Closing) Order 2019 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 7 January 2020 and is expected to remain in effect until 28 January 2020 between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 each day on weekdays only. The road will be open over the weekends of 11 and 12 January, 18 and 19 January and 25 and 26 January 2020. The Order is required for resurfacing works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the D6/6 at Horseupcleugh north of Longformacus.

There is no alternative route.
